Please answer the phone which you provided when the restaurant or the delivery person calls. Do not let your phone go out of coverage, dead or busy for long periods to avoid missing the delivery. Please call us to provide us an alternative number if you will not be able to receive calls on the provided number. Our delivery person will return if he is not able to contact you on the provided number for more than 5 minutes.
Modify / Cancel the Online Order and Refund
The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling the restaurant.
However you can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.

In case the order which is paid online through credit , debit card / Net banking/ Wallet , is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction. The same would reflect in the next statement.

Products we offer are listed in our Menu with the Price. The menu and item prices are subject to change without notice.
The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items on our website. However, we may run out of items listed at times.
In case of non-availability of ordered product at the restaurant, the order would not be executed. Same would be informed to you.
Coupons
The coupon may not work if the conditions defined in the coupon details are not fulfilled in the order.
We hold the right to accept or reject any coupon without giving any reason whatsoever.

The coupons are valid for specified period only and will not be accepted after the expiry of the validity period.
In case of printed coupon the guest must handover the coupon which is entered in the coupon section while placing the order to the delivery person, otherwise the discount amount will have to be paid by the guest in cash to the delivery person.
Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other offer / scheme.
Please announce the coupon and coupon code to the order taker while placing the order.
